We do use WhatsApp to contact candidates. However, our outreach always comes from verified consultants, and we never request payments of any kind from our candidates at any stage of the hiring process.

You may also request the consultant to send you an email from their designated company mailbox under our domain "@hansel.com.hk" to confirm they are a genuine employee of HANSEL.
